Ticari gayrimenkulde reel kayıp

Ticari gayrimenkuller yılın ikinci çeyreğinde yatırımcılarına yüzde 2,2 reel kayıp yaşattı.

2026 yılı ikinci çeyreğinde Türkiye genelinde, bir önceki çeyreğe göre yüzde 5,5 oranında artan TGFE, bir önceki yılın aynı çeyreğine göre nominal olarak yüzde 29,4 oranında artarken, reel olarak ise yüzde 2,2 oranında düştü.

Türkiye genelinde, 2026 yılı ikinci çeyreğinde bir önceki çeyreğe göre yüzde 5,4 oranında artan Dükkan Fiyat Endeksi, bir önceki yılın aynı çeyreğine göre nominal olarak yüzde 29,2 oranında artmış, reel olarak ise yüzde 2,4 oranında azaldı.

Aynı çeyrekte, bir önceki çeyreğe göre yüzde 6,0 oranında artan Ofis Fiyat Endeksi bir önceki yılın aynı çeyreğine göre nominal olarak yüzde 30,6 oranında artmış, reel olarak ise yüzde 1,3 oranında

geriledi.

Üç büyük ildeki gelişmeler değerlendirildiğinde, İstanbul, Ankara ve İzmir’in ticari gayrimenkul fiyat endeksleri, 2026 yılı ikinci çeyreğinde bir önceki çeyreğe göre, sırasıyla yüzde 5,3, 6,4 ve 5

oranlarında artış gösterdi.

Endeks değerleri bir önceki yılın aynı çeyreğine göre, İstanbul, Ankara ve İzmir’de sırasıyla yüzde

27,8, 32,5 ve 25,7 oranlarında artış kaydetti.
