Bakırcı GYO’nun halka arz başvurusu onaylandı

Portföyünde yer alan gayrimenkullerin çeşitliliğiyle öne çıkan Bakırcı GYO’nun halka arz başvurusu SPK tarafından onaylandı.  2 milyar 159 milyon 310 bin TL büyüklüğe ulaşması beklenen halka arzda pay başına satış fiyatı 12,93 TL olarak belirlendi.

Bakırcı Grubu’nun gayrimenkul geliştirme alanındaki 45 yıllık deneyimini geleceğe taşıyan Bakırcı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı’nın (Bakırcı GYO) halka arz başvurusu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından onaylandı.

İntegral Yatırım Menkul Değerler liderliğinde gerçekleştirilecek halka arzda pay başına satış fiyatı 12,93 TL olarak belirlendi. Halka arzda, şirketin çıkarılmış sermayesinin 501 milyon TL’den 668 milyon TL’ye çıkarılması nedeniyle artırılacak 167 milyon TL nominal değerli pay satılacak. Halka arz büyüklüğünün 2 milyar 159 milyon 310 bin TL olması hedeflenirken, şirketin halka açıklık oranının ise yüzde 25 olarak gerçekleşmesi öngörülüyor.

Çeşitlendirilmiş portföy yapısı

Bakırcı GYO, İstanbul’un farklı bölgelerinde konut, ticari gayrimenkul, turizm ve depolama alanları başta olmak üzere farklı kullanım amaçlarına yönelik projeler geliştiriyor. Şirketin portföyünde kira geliri elde edilen Eyüpsultan Kemerburgaz’daki Bakırcı Kemer, Gaziosmanpaşa’daki GOP Yurt Binası ve Küçükçekmece Basın Ekspres hattındaki Serenity Suites Airport Hotel bulunuyor.

Bununla birlikte Bakırcı GYO, halen Zeytinburnu’nda 364 konut ve 98 ticari bağımsız bölümden oluşan Bakırcı Zenit Topkapı ile 90 bağımsız bölümden oluşan Bakırcı Kaya Residence projelerini geliştiriyor. Şirketin devam eden projeleri arasında ayrıca Ömerli’de yaklaşık 68 bin 500 metrekare inşaat alanına sahip Bakırcı Ömerli Lojistik Merkezi ile İSTOÇ Mahmutbey’de 153 bin 565 metrekare toplam inşaat alanına sahip Motim İSTOÇ Ticaret Merkezi de yer alıyor.
